Heather Huebner Receives ACCA Excellence Award in Foster Care

We are so proud to announce our very own Heather Huebner, Director of Operations & Recruitment at Encourage, is the recipient of the 2024 Association of Christian Childcare Administrators Excellence Award in Foster Care.

This national award recognizes individuals working in foster care who are outstanding in their field, exemplifying character and commitment while going above and beyond in their work to serve the children and families in foster care.

Heather’s own personal experiences as a child have provided a deeper understanding and compassion for children in foster care. Her life and professional accomplishments are a true reflection of God’s goodness and faithfulness. Heather’s testimony is powerful, and she is a vital and integral part of our agency and a fierce advocate and supporter of the individuals we serve.
